“The album will be out later,” he wrote Saturday night (July 3) in a social media update, where he shared the Blue Banisters album cover and teaser for the music video for the new, untitled single in the meantime. Additionally, Del Rey said that the song she did on “My body is a map of L.A.” singing, “will be out soon.”
“Good quarter,” he added. After the update was released, “Lana” was trending on Twitter, and Billboard asked Del Rey for clarification on the release date of her new music.
Lana Del Rey continued the mysterious spread of her album, releasing excerpts from the new, untitled single from her forthcoming album, Blue Banisters, as well as the album cover. The whole Instagram caption of the single review reads, “This album will be released later… It will be released soon.

The singer has previously announced that the album will be released on July 4, but we assume that this doesn’t qualify as “later.” Del Rey said that the song she did on “My body is a map of L.A.” singing, “will be out soon.” The Blue Banisters cover isn’t the crass selfie we see on various announcements, Lana’s albums, and instead of a photo of the singer with two German shepherds.
Meanwhile, the single review shows Del Rey in blue jeans singing for the Hilton Hotel and hand her lover is not like Toyota and “Land Rover” compares words with Mount Lana.
